About the Role
They are seeking an experienced Associate Director, HR to join the dynamic team and lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple business units. This role is pivotal in driving HR Business Partnering, ensuring alignment between people strategies and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement workforce strategies that drive performance and growth.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Oversee employee engagement programs and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting best practices in HR.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, benefits, learning, and development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partnering role.
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
